High doses or long-term use of Taclonex can lead to thinning skin, easy bruising, changes in body fat, increased acne or facial hair, menstrual problems, impotence, or loss of interest in sex.
What should you avoid while using Taclonex Ointment?
Avoid using other skin medications that contain betamethasone or calcipotriene. Do not use Taclonex to treat any skin condition your doctor has not checked.
Avoid getting this medicine in your eyes, face, underarms, groin area, or thin skin.
Taclonex could make you sunburn more easily. Avoid sunlight or tanning beds. Wear protective clothing and use sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) when you are outdoors.
