What is your return & refund policy?

We will refund or re-ship a product, if you are not satisfied, however we can NOT accept returns due various safety reasons.

We only charge a flat rate shipping of $14.95 per package. All packages are covered against loss or damage. Orders are shipped via regular airmail and typically arrive between 8-14 business days or sooner.
